Information we collect
When you request a trial, buy a subscription, sign up for Self Care, or send a contact message, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, line username and password, package and plan, adult-content preference, and your message. Payment records may include method, amount, transaction ID, and payer reference from our payment processor. We also store a login session so you stay signed in across NVisionBD and Self Care.
How we use it
We use this information to create and manage your IPTV line, confirm payment, send activation details by email or WhatsApp, provide Self Care and Web Player access, answer support requests, and prevent abuse such as duplicate trials or shared accounts. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to run ads.
Payments
Online payments go through our payment processor. When you pay, you leave our checkout and complete the transaction on their page. The wallet or bank you choose, such as bKash or Nagad, handles card, wallet, or mobile-banking details. We receive payment status and a transaction reference so we can activate your service. We do not store your full wallet PIN, OTP, or card number.
Who we share with
We share only what is needed to run the service: our payment processor for confirmation; email and WhatsApp to send connection details and support replies; and our upstream panel to activate, renew, or update your line. We do not sell customer lists. We may disclose information if required by law or to stop fraud, chargebacks, or account abuse.
Cookies & session
We use essential cookies and local storage for your Self Care login session on nvisionbd.net. These keep you signed in on trial and subscription pages. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics pixels on this site. If you log out, the session cookie is cleared.
How long we keep data
Account and line details are kept while your service is active and as long as we need them for support, renewals, and payment records. Contact-form messages are kept to handle your request. You may ask us to update or delete personal data that we no longer need to operate your account.
Your choices
You can review or update name, email, and phone from Self Care or by contacting support. You may request account deletion; we will remove or anonymize personal data where we are not required to keep payment or abuse records. Logging out clears the website session on this device.

Self Care, Web Player, Speed Test, and Pay checkout are separate pages. Those services may have their own screens and processors. This policy covers personal data we collect on nvisionbd.net and data we receive back to activate your IPTV service.

Our service is intended for users who can create an account and complete payment. Adult content, where offered, is for users 18 or older. Do not submit another person’s details without their permission.
Changes
